Mould Bent Glass Tempering Machine is a special plant used to produce the bent tempered glass with multi curvature, which mainly used in the fields of rear doors and side doors of automotives (the side door also is multi curvature), trucks, furniture, etc. Our customer produced the side doors for BMW, Audi, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Peugeot, etc.

Mainly used for the rear windows and windshields of high grade cars, household appliances, building decoration industries, etc.

2.Main Technical Features:

Loading Table:

1. Equipped with LED light to detect the glass with defects.

Heating Section:

1. Sectional driving for ceramic roller, the driving speed of last zone is faster than other zones.

2. Sectional heating, individual heating zones for each working position.

There are ceramic plates to divide the different heating zones,

3. There are ceramic plates at the top of oven, which could ensure more even heating, avoid dregs falling. But the cost is higher and has higher requirements on the installation.

4 The ceramic rollers system is driven by triple belts, which can ensure better simultaneous and stable running, and avoid the scratch and destroy of glass when above the rollers. It would not affect the running when any one of belt damaged. The design as below picture：

5 Same top quality insulating materials for whole heating oven

6. Heating elements use the gapless design (parallelogram shape), which could make the heating more even. This could improve the finished product rate and better product quality. The design as below picture:

7. Using ceramic support for heating elements, which could avoid earth to avoid heater trouble

Quenching Section:

1.Trumpet type air nozzle, which makes stronger air pressure, better quality, lower energy consumption, as below picture:

2. Round type air ducts, stronger air pressure, less air loss, lower energy consumption

3. Modular quenching design, makes adjustment more precision, mould-change more easy, and changing time shorter.

4. Cooling fans for further cooling

Control System:

1. PLC, inverters. Contactors: Siemens

2. Network data for servo motor control mode: Profinet, compared with traditional wiring-connection, this mode could reduce disturbance

A. Yes. For most back window of car or bus, the glass has multiple curvature, so normal roller bent glass tempering furnace could not make this kind of glass.

A. Actually, for different glass shape, it needs different mould. This could guarantee accurate shape.

Q.Should we need to change the shape of quenching section for each glass type?

A. No need. But if the glass shape has big different. You should adjust the quenching to a required shape.

Q. For glass forming, does it need pressing mould?
